XScale-Powered Sub-Notebook

We have ported the Linux kernel, a full set of communications and synchronization software and user software to an XScale-based platform, building a complete, stand-alone Linux system. This required detailed work on a wide-range of drivers including USB client and host, PCMCIA, Video, I2C, IrDA, audio, touch-panel, M/MC, NAND and SD. This product also required advanced power management, using APM emulation for ARM, which entailed implementation of suspend and resume functionality for all kernel and driver components.
